Program Overview

The Referral Partner Program allows approved partners to refer qualified businesses to Marketing Out The Box for its Invisible AI Employee service and earn recurring commissions when those businesses become paying customers.

Commission Structure

Marketing Out The Box LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered solutions ("AI Employee") that handle customer and prospect interactions through phone calls, live chat, and other automated tools. Features include but are not limited to:

Referral Partners earn a 20% recurring monthly commission on qualified paying customers they refer.
Commissions are only paid while the referred customer remains active, paying, and in good standing.
If the customer cancels service, future commissions stop.

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly.
The first commission payment will not be paid until after the customer's initial payment has cleared and any applicable refund or guarantee period has expired.
Future commissions are paid only while the customer remains active and in good standing.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Referral Partners are independent contractors.

Referral Partners are not:

Employees
Agents
Representatives
Joint venture partners
Legal representatives of Marketing Out The Box

No Authority To Bind Company

Referral Partners may not:

Negotiate pricing
Make promises on behalf of Marketing Out The Box
Enter into agreements on behalf of Marketing Out The Box
Modify offers or services
Represent themselves as employees of Marketing Out The Box

Marketing Conduct

Referral Partners agree not to:

Send spam
Make misleading statements
Make false income claims
Misrepresent the services
Engage in unethical marketing practices

Marketing Out The Box reserves the right to terminate participation in the program for violations of these terms.

Program Changes

Marketing Out The Box reserves the right to:

Modify the Referral Partner Program
Change commission structures for future referrals
Update program rules
Suspend or discontinue the program at any time

Earnings Disclaimer

Marketing Out The Box makes no guarantees regarding commissions, referrals, or income.

Any earnings examples are estimates only and individual results will vary depending on effort, network, referrals, and other factors.

Termination

Marketing Out The Box may terminate a Referral Partner's participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms.

Any unpaid commissions associated with fraud, misleading marketing practices, or violations of these terms may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Marketing Out The Box shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Referral Partner Program.
