No. There is absolutely no cost to participate.

What happens after we sign up? What are the next steps?

Simply complete the signup form and we’ll schedule a brief 15-minute onboarding call. During that call, we’ll learn more about your nonprofit, your goals, and answer any additional questions you may have.

How long does it take to get set up?

The setup process is fast and simple. Once you complete your onboarding call, we will:

Assign your nonprofit a unique discount code that you share with business owners
Give you access to your referral partner tracking portal
Provide you with ready-to-use marketing materials
You can begin sharing the program immediately.

How much extra work will this be for us?

Very little. You simply continue doing what you already do when reaching out to businesses for support — the difference is now you’re able to offer them something of real value in return for supporting your nonprofit.

How often do we need to promote the program?

Payments are made via PayPal, so having a PayPal account is required.

Your nonprofit earns 25% of the monthly subscription amount for each business that signs up using your discount code.

If the subscription price ever changes due to future promotions or price adjustments, your percentage remains the same — you always earn 25% of whatever the active subscription price is.

What if a business chooses to pay annually instead of monthly?

If a business pays for an entire year upfront, your nonprofit will receive 15% of the total annual subscription, paid as a one-time lump sum instead of monthly payments.

Why is the percentage lower if the business pays annually?

When a business pays annually, they receive a larger upfront discount. Because the total amount collected is already reduced, the percentage paid to the nonprofit is adjusted. However, your nonprofit receives the full donation immediately, rather than waiting for monthly payments throughout the year.

How much can we expect to receive each month?

That depends entirely on how many businesses choose to support your nonprofit by subscribing to the service using your discount code. There is no cap on how much your nonprofit can earn.

How do we track donations owed or received?

You’ll have access to your own online referral partner portal, where you can see:

All businesses that signed up using your discount code
Subscription status

Donations earned and paid

How often is the tracking portal updated?

The portal updates in real time as transactions are completed.

Are we responsible for onboarding or supporting the business?

No. Once a business signs up using your discount code, we handle everything on the back end — onboarding, service support, and ongoing management.

What if a business has questions about the service?

Most service details are available directly on the service website. If a business owner has additional questions, they can contact us directly. We also offer a money-back guarantee if the service turns out not to be the right fit.

How long do we earn recurring donations for each business?

You earn recurring donations for as long as the business remains subscribed to the Invisible AI Employee service. There are no long-term contracts for businesses — they can cancel at any time.

What if a business cancels their service?

If a business cancels, the recurring donations tied to that business will stop going forward.

What if a business signs up but does not use our discount code?

The discount code is how we track which nonprofit the business is supporting. If the code is not used, your nonprofit will not receive credit for that signup. Plus it is in the best interest of that business to use your discount code if they wish to save money on the service.

You offer a money-back guarantee — do we still get paid if a business cancels during that period and gets their money back?

Yes you still get paid. Any donations already paid to your nonprofit remain yours. We will never ask you to return funds, even if a business is refunded.

Can our nonprofit use the Invisible AI Employee as well?

Yes. Participation is completely optional, but if your nonprofit chooses to use the AI Invisible Employee, you can use your own nonprofit discount code just like a business would.
